01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mee Master (operated and managed by Andropedia Infotech), including our website, dashboard, or browser extension, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

02. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Accurate information: Provide truthful and complete details during registration and keep them updated.
• Credential security: Keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share your account with others.
• Plan restrictions: Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, usage caps, or feature restrictions.

03. Permitted Usage

Access is granted for lawful business purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorised scraping: Automated extraction of data beyond normal platform feature usage.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from our services.
• Service interference: Actions that degrade availability, security, or performance of the platform.
• Reselling access: Offering or selling access to our platform or its data outputs to third parties.

04. Supplier Marketplace & Direct Orders

Mee Master also connects buyers with independent suppliers. The following terms apply to all marketplace and direct-order activity:

• Facilitator only: Mee Master provides the technology that connects buyers and suppliers. We are not a party to, and not responsible for, any direct order placed between them.
• Supplier responsibility: Product quality, pricing, packaging, dispatch, delivery, returns, refunds, and warranty are handled solely by the direct supplier.
• Confirm before ordering: Buyers must confirm product quality, return policy, and all other terms directly with the supplier before placing an order.
• Dispute resolution: Any dispute arising from a direct order must be resolved between the buyer and the supplier. Mee Master may assist but bears no liability for the outcome.

05. Plans & Billing

Paid plans (Pro and Advanced) are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Plan features and limits are as described on the pricing page at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

06. Limitation of Liability

Analytics, estimates, and AI-generated content provided by Mee Master are for decision support purposes only. Accuracy is not guaranteed. Final pricing, listing decisions, and business outcomes remain solely the responsibility of the user. Mee Master is not responsible for transactions, product quality, or fulfilment in any direct order between a buyer and a supplier. Andropedia Infotech's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 30 days.

07. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology remain the exclusive property of Andropedia Infotech. You retain ownership of data you input. By using AI tools, you grant us a limited licence to process your input solely for the purpose of generating requested outputs.

08. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when required by product changes, legal requirements, or policy updates. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
