01. Independent Platform

Mee Master is an independent tool designed for sellers and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Meesho or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates. All product names, logos, trademarks, and brands — including "Meesho" — are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. The official Meesho website can be found at meesho.com.

02. Our Role as a Facilitator

Mee Master is only a technology platform that connects buyers with independent suppliers. We are not a party to any transaction between them.

• We only connect: Our platform introduces buyers and suppliers and provides tools to communicate. We do not manufacture, own, stock, sell, or ship any product listed by a supplier.
• Not a seller: Mee Master is not the seller, importer, or distributor of any product and does not take ownership of goods at any point.
• Independent suppliers: Every supplier on the platform operates as an independent business and is solely responsible for their own listings, pricing, and conduct.

03. Direct Orders & Transactions

When you place an order directly with a supplier, that order is a contract solely between you and that supplier — not with Mee Master.

• No responsibility for direct orders: Mee Master is not responsible for order fulfilment, dispatch, delivery timelines, or any payment made directly to a supplier.
• Confirm before you buy: Buyers should confirm product quality, availability, pricing, and delivery terms directly with the supplier before placing any order.
• Payments: Any payment or advance made directly to a supplier is at the buyer's own discretion and risk. Mee Master does not collect, hold, or guarantee such payments.

04. Product Quality, Returns & Warranty

Product quality, authenticity, sizing, packaging, pricing, returns, refunds, replacements, warranty, and all after-sales support are the sole responsibility of the direct supplier. Buyers must review and agree to the supplier's quality standards, return policy, and all other terms directly with that supplier. Mee Master does not inspect, certify, or guarantee any product and offers no warranty of any kind.

05. Disputes Between Buyer & Supplier

Any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of a direct order — including quality issues, delays, non-delivery, returns, or refunds — must be resolved directly between the buyer and the supplier. Mee Master is not a mediator and bears no liability for the outcome, though we may, at our discretion, provide reasonable assistance to help both parties communicate.

06. Limitation of Liability

Mee Master, operated and managed by Andropedia Infotech, disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or dispute arising out of interactions or transactions between buyers and suppliers. Analytics, estimates, trends, and AI-generated content are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only, accuracy is not guaranteed, and any reliance on them is at your own risk.
